Selling
Sellers have two options how to place an ad, either by phone or online by clicking on 'Place an ad' on MUSTSELL.co.uk and add car's full description with pictures. Once your advert has been processed, your advert will be live on the web within 24 hours. You can change the price and the status of your advert at anytime by calling us with your booking reference number and surname for security purposes.

Q. I have added advert online, but can't find advert displayed?
A. Online adverts are usually displayed within 24 hours. Please contact us on 07013 143 299, if your advert is not displayed online within 24 hours.
Q. Can I change the price of my car and status once the advert is live?
A. Yes. All sellers may make any change, by contacting us, with booking reference number and password to make any changes.
Q. Can I add a photo to my advert?
A. Yes, up to 12 photos.
Q. How do I attach photos?
A. Attaching photographs to your advert is free and simple. Uploading your photographs directly on to your advert couldn't be easier. Click on the 'Place an ad using your own digital image' menu option, enter vehicle details and click on the 'Browse' button and follow the instructions there. Digital photographs must be sized to 640x480 pixels and saved in JPEG format. Any image not saved in this format may not appear in advert.
Q. I do not have access to a digital camera, how can I add photo of my car?
A. You may send a photo via your mobile phone. Send photo quoting booking reference/car registration, with your name. £5 surcharge applies.
Q. Can you add a library photo?
A. Yes, we can add a library photo for £5 extra.
Q. Can I email photo of car?
A. Yes, £5 surcharge applies.
Q. Can you take a photo of my car?
A. Yes, we can arrange a visiting photo agent to take a photo of your car. To book a visiting photo agent just call: 07013 143 299.
Q. How can my car be chosen to be in Featured Cars?
A. Please contact us on: 07013 143 299 to feature your car on the homepage on Featured Cars.
Q. I've had an advert running, but I can't find it on MUSTSELL.co.uk, WHY?
A. Advertisements run for 28 days. If car is unsold, we will repeat the advertisement, free of charge, for further 28 day periods until the car is sold. This is done to ensure the site is kept up to date. There is nothing else to pay!
Q. How long will it take for my advert to appear on MUSTSELL.co.uk website ?
A. Telephone orders are displayed same day, with online orders within 24 hours of placing advert. Once your advert has been approved, your advert will be listed on site.
Trade Sellers

Once your account has been activated, your advert will be live on the website. You can change the price and the status of your advert at anytime by login into your account.
